In this article, the five principles proposed by Bitar Sinjeh regarding indigenous communities as learning organizations will be discussed, and new capitals - social capital, cognitive capital, and symbolic capital - will be discussed, and it will be revealed how neglecting and overlooking the cognitive capital of indigenous peoples, the inability to understand the language, downplaying the experiences and worldviews of speakers from their living environment, and not integrating this information with new sciences - which is made available to indigenous people through facilitators and promoters on the one hand, and implementing top-down policies on the other hand, leads to the destruction and destruction of the natural environment, disrupts the environment of the people, and prevents the preservation and growth of indigenous languages
